Guaranteed Assembly Program (GAP)

Whether it'll be DIY or with a helping hand, Endless™ Pools has you covered.

You can be introduced to an Independent Service Provider to get assembly service at a secured rate.

We maintain a nationwide network of independent service providers who have agreed to offer a comprehensive assembly service at a guaranteed price to Endless Pools customers with an installation-ready site. We maintain this network to help customers like you who require assembly and ongoing maintenance services.

Every independent service provider is an independent contractor, not an Endless Pools employee. You are not required to use an independent service provided referred by Endless Pools for your pool assembly. If you choose an independent service provider referred by Endless Pools, all services will be covered under a contract directly between you and the independent service provider.

Original, Performance, and Elite Pools

Included Services:

  • Complete pool assembly, including the Endless Pools Current and Water Quality Systems.

  • Install any options that you purchase from Endless Pools.

  • Place the Hydraulic Power Unit at a location of your choosing.

  • Fill the pool, run all systems and provide a tutorial on operating your pool.

Price: $3,750

Plus 10% of the list price of any options purchased. Exclusions.

  • Add $500 to the Guaranteed Assembly Price for an Endless Pools Elite current system.

  • Add $1,000 to the Guaranteed Assembly Price for an Endless Pools Dual Propulsion current system.

Streamline® Pool

Included Services:

  • Assemble the Streamline Current and Water Quality Systems.

  • Install any options that you purchase from Endless Pools.

  • Fill the pool, run all systems, and provide a tutorial on operating your pool.

Price: $2,800

Plus 10% of the list price of any options purchased. Exclusions.

WaterWell® Pool

Included Services:

  • Assemble the WaterWell pool with the Water Quality Systems.

  • Install any options that you purchase from Endless Pools.

  • Fill the pool, run all systems, and provide a tutorial on operating your pool.

Price: $2,100

Plus 10% of the list price of any options purchased. Exclusions.


There are some exclusions to the 10% option installation price:

  • Automatic Retractable Security Cover installation is $1,000.

  • Hydrotherapy Jets (4 jets) installation is $300.

  • Gas heater installation to be determined by the ISP.

  • Possible charges for filling will depend on water source. E.g. well water, water truck, etc.

Site Preparation

An “installation-ready site” is a level concrete surface able to support 250 lb. per square foot and two feet wider and three feet longer than the inside dimensions of your Endless Pools model.

Your ISP may be able to perform site preparation under a separate contract. Consult with your ISP or an appropriate contractor if you require this type of work.

Permits and Planning

Permitting is not included in the guaranteed assembly price and is your responsibility. Your pool may be considered an “exercise spa” rather than a permanent pool. This distinction may have favorable permit ramifications. Your local permit official, however, is the ultimate arbiter on permit requirements. Discuss your permit status with your ISP.

Delivery

Your crated pool kit will most likely be delivered to your driveway. The ISP may charge for moving the 2,000-plus pounds of equipment to the pool site.

Insulation

Endless Pools highly recommends insulating the walls of our pools. Insulation can typically be purchased and installed by the ISP for an additional charge.

Electrical

You must have your electrician bring appropriate power to a GFCI-protected shutoff wherever you plan to locate the Hydraulic Power Unit. The Power Unit is supplied with a 6’ cord, or “whip,” which connects to the shutoff. Connecting the 6’ cord to the shutoff and connecting either end of the 4-wire conduit to the Water Quality Controller poolside and the Power Unit can be performed by a licensed electrician or the homeowner.

Custom Finish Work

Skirting provided by Endless Pools requires additional labor and material costs for custom framework to be installed. Please discuss the potential end cost for this additional work directly with your installer.

Your ISP may be able to perform custom finish work utilizing your choice of material under a separate contract.

Travel

Travel is not included in this agreement. In certain metropolitan areas or where the ISP is some distance away, additional charges may apply. Be sure to discuss this before signing your contract with the ISP.
