Traditional lap pools are typically one lane wide, 3' to 6' deep, and require 50 to 75 feet of length to accommodate continuous swimming. An Endless Pool delivers the same fitness benefits in a fraction of the space.

Thanks to its adjustable swim-in-place current, with 100 speed settings, swimmers of all levels can enjoy a continuous, uninterrupted swim without flip turns. You’ll swim longer and more efficiently, in a pool that’s smaller, easier to maintain, more versatile, and more economical to heat than a traditional lap pool.

Endless Pools are also designed for either indoor or outdoor installation, making them a smart solution for year-round training, fitness, and enjoyment for the whole family.

Endless Pools Swim Spas combine traditional spa features with adjustable current technology, offering the perfect blend of fitness and recreation in one all-season package.

These models are delivered fully assembled and pre-plumbed, making installation fast and easy. With a durable, all-season cabinet, they’re typically installed above ground or partially in-ground and can be beautifully integrated into outdoor decking. They can be also installed indoors in garages or incorporated into new construction.

A Modular Endless Pool, by contrast, (which are available with Hydrodrive™, Hydrodrive Plus and Hydrodrive Pro technologies) is designed for either indoor or outdoor installation. Its compact components are delivered in pieces that can be transported through standard doorways and down stairs, to be assembled in spaces like basements, garages, and on rooftops.

Endless Pools are ideal for year-round use. Our modular pools can be installed indoors, making them perfect for all-season swimming in spaces like basements or garages. Pools can be used outdoors year-round with gas heaters, a minimum of 2-inch rigid foam insulation on the pool frame and bifold covers. For outdoor installations, our swim spas feature insulated, all-season cabinets and come with covers to help retain heat, even in cold weather, and our modular pools can be fully insulated upon construction, to be four-seasons ready!

Because Endless Pools are more compact than traditional pools, they’re easier to heat and cover, making them more efficient to use throughout the winter.

Modular pools offer the flexibility of indoor installation, making them a great fit for basements, garages, or pool rooms. When installed outdoors, modular pools and swim spas can be covered to help retain heat and extend your swim season through the winter months.

Endless Pools swim spas come fully equipped for four-season use, outdoors. They are fully insulated with our Tri-Thermic™ Barrier System and locking spa covers, to maintain an ideal temperature and reduce evaporation.

Operating costs for a modular Endless Pool can vary depending on factors like your location, installation type (indoor or outdoor), insulation, heater type, and how often you use and cover your pool.

However, one of the key advantages of an Endless Pool is the ability to enjoy warm-water exercise and relaxation year-round. Many customers find that the monthly cost is manageable, compared to larger, traditional pools.

To help control operating costs:

  • Choose insulation suited to your climate

  • Maintain a stable room temperature for indoor installations

  • Keep your pool covered when not in use to retain heat

For colder outdoor climates, we also offer gas and propane heater options to support efficient heating year-round on most modular Endless Pools models.

Because of the number of variables involved, we recommend speaking with a Product Specialist for more personalized guidance based on your location and planned use.

Installation & Set Up

Endless Pools offers two main types of products, each with its own installation process:

  • Modular Pools: These pools are delivered in parts for on-site assembly. Installation includes site preparation, assembly, plumbing, electrical, and finish work. If you're working directly with us, we may be able to refer you to a Contractor Referral in your area to assist with the installation. Many customers also choose to hire a local contractor, and some complete the installation themselves if they’re experienced with home improvement projects.

  • Swim Spas: Our swim spas are delivered fully assembled and require minimal setup. In many cases, once the swim spa is placed and connected to power, you can be swimming the same day. Your local Endless Pools retailer can coordinate delivery and help ensure your site is ready.

For more information about installation options and what to expect, speak with a Product Specialist at 866-558-7946 or contact your local retailer for Swim Spa support.

Endless Pools are designed to fit a wide range of spaces, both indoors and out.

Modular Pools are highly flexible thanks to their compact, sectional design. They can be installed:

  • Indoors, including basements, garages, sunrooms, and converted ground-floor rooms

  • Outdoors, including backyards, patios, and adjacent to or within a deck

  • Fully above ground, partially inground, or fully inground, depending on your preference and site conditions

Because modular pools are delivered in sections, they can fit through standard doorways and down stairs, making them ideal for existing spaces and renovations.

Our all-in-one swim spas are typically installed outdoors, though they can also be placed in new construction spaces, covered patios, or garages where access and ventilation allow. Their self-contained design and insulated cabinet make them well-suited for year-round, all-weather use.

Not sure what works best for your space? Speak with a Product Specialist at 866-558-7946 or contact your local retailer for Swim Spa support.

Humidity is an important consideration when installing any pool indoors, but it can be managed with proper planning,

Modular Endless™ Pools are compact, which makes humidity easier to control than with larger indoor pools. We recommend using a floating blanket, available as an accessory, to reduce evaporation and control up to 90% of humidity when the pool is not in use. For maximum control, the optional Retractable Cover can contain nearly 100 percent of humidity, helping protect your space from moisture buildup.

Additional humidity management options such as circulating fans, ventilation systems, or dehumidifiers are commonly used for indoor installations.

Swim Spas can be purchased with durable, insulated covers that help minimize heat loss and evaporation when closed. These models are designed for energy efficiency and meet the APSP 14 National Standard and California Energy Commission (CEC) energy requirements, making them well-suited for indoor or outdoor installations with minimal impact on your home environment.

Maintenance & Operation

Endless Pools are designed to be low maintenance compared to traditional pools. All of our pools come standard with a high-quality water care system, with optional upgrades available for enhanced purification and convenience.

These clear, step-by-step guides contain all the information you need to stay on track and keep your pool looking and operating at its best.

Maintenance needs can vary based on usage and system upgrades, so we recommend speaking with your Product Specialist or local retailer to find the right water care system for your lifestyle.

Modular Endless Pools are filled using a standard garden hose and do not require frequent draining. In most cases, we recommend refreshing half the water every 12 to 18 months, depending on usage and water quality. Fully draining a modular pool is not recommended unless directed by a Customer Service Representative.

Swim Spas, due to their self-contained systems and higher water temperatures, typically benefit from a full water change once per year for optimal water quality.

When it's time to change or partially drain the water, it can be drained to an outdoor storm drain, lawn area, or into your home's plumbing system, depending on local codes and your site setup. We recommend checking with a contractor or your local municipality to ensure proper drainage practices.

Your Product Specialist or retailer can guide you through water care and maintenance tailored to your pool type and installation.

Endless Pools are designed for low maintenance, compared to traditional pools.

Our modular pools come standard with a high-quality water care system, which includes a mineral purifier that continuously releases silver ions to help inhibit bacteria growth. While the mineral system reduces your reliance on chlorine, you'll still need to use a small amount of pool-grade chlorine to oxidize contaminants.

For added peace of mind and even lower chlorine levels, many customers choose to upgrade to our EZ-50 system or ultraviolet (UV) water purifier, which provides a chemical-free method of destroying

organic pollutants and enhancing water clarity.

Our swim spas come with different water care systems depending on the series:

  • R-Series: CD Ozone

  • X- and E-Series: UV + CD Ozone for advanced sanitation and water clarity

Salt systems aren’t compatible with Endless Pools due to our stainless-steel components, which can be affected by salt corrosion.

Instead, our pools use a mineral sanitizer and optional UV or EZ-50 upgrades to keep the water clean and silky, without salt. You’ll still use a small amount of pool-grade chlorine to oxidize contaminants, just like with a salt system, but at levels lower than drinking water standards.
