SwimSmooth & Endless Pools Complete 25-Video Instruction Series

They're live! Internationally acclaimed swim coach Paul Newsome created 25 stroke-training videos, all featuring the Endless Pools Fastlane® Pro current system in his backyard pool. The entire series is now available free of charge on the Endless Pools YouTube channel.

Which is the best head position for an efficient freestyle swimming stroke? In episode 8, Coach Newsome has your answer. In this 25-video master class, you'll find exemplary demonstrations of swim drills ranging from the classic Sculling Drill (ep. 16) to the challenging Parachute Drill (ep. 19).

In episode 20, Newsome offers his surprising alternative to the conventional wisdom with his Finger Trail and Open-Elbow Recovery Drills. They're ideally suited for triathletes and other open water swimmers.

The videos benefit from the fully adjustable swim current of the Endless Pools Fastlane®. The Fastlane mounts to the deck or wall of almost any traditional pool. With Endless Pools' in-place swimming capability, you can monitor your own stroke, either in real time using our underwater mirrors or with video for review after.

Note: in some underwater shots, the water distorts the view of the Fastlane unit in relation to the swimmer. The Fastlane unit measures just 34" tall, 18" deep, and 29" wide.

Newsome is the Founder and Head Coach of Swim Smooth, the methodology designed to improve your efficiency in the water and maximize your training time. The Swim Smooth instruction system has been utilized by the International Triathlon Union (ITU) and in 119 countries.

Be sure to explore the complete Endless Pools' Swim Smooth playlist, then dip in and experiment for a sharper, more efficient freestyle swim stroke.
