Replacement parts for any Endless Pools product carry a one-year warranty from the date of shipment.
Custom Order Forms
Download the appropriate Order Form for your order. After you complete the form and save your changes, you can email us the form at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please put the name of the Order Form in the subject line.
Parts Order Return Policy:
Prepaid returns of all Endless Pools gear and maintenance supplies are accepted less a 10% restocking fee charge, up to 30 days from the date of purchase, if undamaged and in its original shipping containers.
Items that have been custom ordered, such as some liners and cover fabrics, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Accessories, options and equipment that have been used are non-refundable. Before returning any product(s), you must call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-910-2714 to receive proper return authorization.
