Independent Service Provider Disclaimer

The customer shall be solely and exclusively responsible for the assembly and installation of the Pool. Customer acknowledges and agrees that no portion of the purchase price paid for the Pool shall include assembly and installation of the Pool. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Pool shall be assembled, installed, and/or serviced by the customer at the customer's sole expense.

Strictly for the convenience of its customers, Wellness Marketing Corporation merely maintains a list of independent service providers that it believes are familiar with the Pool ("Independent Service Providers Network"). Customer acknowledges and agrees that no independent service provider has any authority of any kind or nature whatsoever to enter into any contract or agreement binding upon Wellness Marketing Corporation or any partner or affiliate of Wellness Marketing Corporation. Furthermore, no independent service provider has any authority, legal or otherwise, of any kind or nature whatsoever to bind or create any obligation on the part of Wellness Marketing Corporation or partner or affiliate of Wellness Marketing Corporation.

Regardless of whether the customer elects to retain the services of any independent service provider, Wellness Marketing Corporation does not warrant, and is not liable or responsible for, any work performed by any independent service provider, its employees, agents or subcontractors, including without limitation, work performed assembling, installing, and/or servicing the Pool. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Wellness Marketing Corporation does not warrant any work performed by any independent service provider hired by the customer and has no, and shall have no, obligation to supervise or control the actions of any independent service provider when assembling and installing the Pool or any other work or improvements that the customer desires to be incorporated into the installation of the Pool.

Wellness Marketing Corporation strongly encourages the customer to request references, licensing, and insurance from any independent service provider and to check those references prior to contracting with an independent service provider.
