Payment
By finalizing your order, all payments become nonrefundable. You have a 3-day right to rescind as required by law. There is a 30-day post-shipment return policy on all Endless Pools Swimming Machines, subject to a 10 percent restocking/administrative fee. Customer takes all responsibility, including shipping costs if the Endless Pool is returned within 30-day in its original packaging.
Applicable Taxes
All sales in the United States are made through local dealers or direct through our master dealer. Local and state sales taxes apply. For shipments made to destinations outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for any applicable VAT, Excise, Customs or Import Taxes. For overseas shipments these charges do not appear on your account statement from your dealer, but are charged to you by your shipping company.
Shipping
Endless Pools will NOT be liable for any costs or losses due to changes in shipping schedules, or delivery times.
Installation
It is the responsibility of the Customer to supply safe and proper site preparation, installation and operation for all Endless Pool Swimming Machines. This includes, but is not limited to, adequate drainage at any pool and/or equipment site, to control humidity, to post necessary safety signage and to ensure safe and proper use of all Endless Pool Swimming Machines. Customer shall be responsible for any and all building permits, fees, licenses, and authorizations necessary to comply with local building codes or requirements. Customer takes all responsibility for site preparation including, but not limited to, any slab or foundation. Any Endless Pools product installed above grade must be placed on a properly engineered structure, which is the responsibility of the customer.
